RSS Feed Integration

RSS Integration is a way to send an automated gallery to the bot users using the RSS content. It is a two-step process as outlined below:-

Create RSS trigger

1. Go to Build > Triggers section via navigation and click on the 'Add New Trigger' button.

2. Fill in the form with bot selection, a unique identifier for the trigger, RSS URL, categories, number of stories to display in the gallery.

Use RSS trigger as Broadcast

Create a new campaign and select the newly created RSS trigger to broadcast messages.

RSS triggers are displayed as options when we create new buttons, broadcasts, next templates, and quick links. Here is a demonstration of how the RSS trigger looks when sending as a message.
